Flame Cooked Feast

Fired Up For Summer wouldn’t be “Fired Up” without the incredible culinary talents of some of the most popular, award-winning chefs around. We’re super excited to welcome back Noah von Blöm of ARC Restaurant, Dustin Valette from Valette Healdsburg, Rob Wilson of Glaspar, and our friends from Paella Project LA. We’re also thrilled to have Patina Group, Bred Hot Chicken, and Lola’s Whole Roasted Pig on board this year!
Plus Chef Rahaf Amer — a Nashville-based private chef who’s been cooking for celebrities for the past five years. Before choosing to go private, Rahaf spent six years running some of Nashville’s busiest kitchens.

The Venue

Fired Up For Summer is hosted at a sprawling, private estate inside the gated community of Coto de Caza in Orange County. Guests will enjoy a poolside reception – including tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, flame cooked food tasting stations, custom cocktails, and fine wine – before venturing down to the outdoor arena for some fantastic live music.
